Privacy policy
Kinmukun is a private shift-scheduling tool for a small team. Only people invited by a manager can use it.
What we collect
Your name, the Google or LINE account you sign in with (its account ID), your email address, your mobile number if you give one, your language, and the shifts and availability you enter.
How we use it
Only to run the schedule: showing shifts, asking you to confirm them, and sending shift reminders by email or text message if you agreed to texts.
Sharing
We never sell your data or use it for advertising. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Managers can see staff details. Data is stored on Amazon Web Services; messages are sent through our email and SMS providers only to deliver them.
Keeping and deleting
Data is kept while you work with us. Ask a manager to deactivate your account or delete your data at any time. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
